| Because of all the overwhelmingly positive online feedback received from its customers, my wife and I decided to call Castle Rock Electric to address electrical problems in our living room and nursery. We called them on Sunday, May 21, 2011, in the early afternoon. Mr. Adam Ellis arrived to our house within two hours of our phone call, which was a big plus. He was very polite and professional. While working on correcting the problems, Adam clearly explained their cause to us and answered all the questions we had (even those that kids asked). He not only fixed everything in our living room and nursery, where he was very careful not to leave any marks on newly painted walls, which was greatly appreciated, but also identified and corrected a problem in our kitchen and replaced a malfunctioning switch in the kids' bedroom. Still, he was in and out in about an hour. Best of all, the price he charged was exceptional for the amount and quality of completed work.. My wife and I were VERY pleased with Adam. For any future electrical problems, we will be calling Castle Rock Electric. | Castle Rock Electric has done work at my home on several occasions. They have always arrived on time and ready to work. They were prepared with the proper equipment and supplies to do the job. The job was done right the first time. At the completion, they cleaned the area and explained what was done.
